Rotate the Map!

The Census Bureau releases virtually all of its maps online in PDF. Many of the maps are shown in easy-to-read portrait mode; some are in landscape mode and thus harder to read online. Remember Adobe has a rotation tool in the menu bar allowing you to rotate documents clockwise or counter-clockwise. To find our maps, go to the Census Bureau home page and click on "Maps" next to "Geography." Good news if you have access to a plotter: all our wall-size maps are designed to be printed on a plotter at full size. You can still print them in page-size form but legibility suffers.
