Census 2000
Data From Census 2000 and Previous Censuses Featured in Upcoming Atlas. The Census Bureau is publishing the Census Atlas of the United States, a thematic map book available for purchase in 2006 from the U.S. Government Printing Office, the Customer Services Center, and major commercial bookstores. Foreign-Born Population in the United States: 2004. Tabulations from the 2004 American Community Survey, highlighting areas with the highest concentrations of foreign-born residents. The data profiles will show demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of each area's foreign-born population, including year of entry, region of birth, ancestry, and language spoken at home.
Poverty Status of Families by Type and by U.S. Citizenship Status of the Householder: 2003. Four national-level tables from the American Community Survey present poverty data on the foreign-born by the following characteristics: citizenship status, year of entry, region of birth, and family type.
Population
Fertility of American Women: June 2004. Report available online in PDF and for free from the Customer Services Center profiling current fertility patterns of American women by age, race, ethnicity, education, marital status, income, and nativity. Also contains labor force participation data by fertility status.
Economic Census and Surveys
2002 Economic Census: Subject Series. Series of 57 reports for several industry sectors, all at the national level, showing product shipments by contributing industries and other information, product lines, establishment size, and legal form of organization. Reports issued on a flow basis; many available now.

Consolidated Federal Funds Report for Fiscal Year 2004 (State and County areas). Only consolidated source of data on the geographic distribution of federal expenditures by state, county, and subcounty area.
Reference
Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2006. Latest edition of the national data book, a perennial government best seller, published since 1878. This edition introduces 80 new tables, including several from the American Community Survey. In recognition of this being the 125th edition, historical tables are included at the beginning of each section to highlight related data first appearing in earlier editions.
